IP address

We have been having major problems at our institution with the Mendeley web page not loading and the desktop not syncing. Our computing department says it is because your IP address is constantly changing, and our security protocol does not recongize the new IPs. There has to be many other institutions with the problem as well. Can you fix this or talk to our computing department to try to solve this? Thanks! Aaron
