Hi, the word plugin does not work. Mendely installs it, but then the option ``Insert Citation´´ is not available (it is not shown) so I cannot do anything. I use Windows 7 Enterprise and Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013. I have tried deleting and re-installing it, and last version of Mendeley did not solve the problem either.
Does anybody know how to solve this?
