A few days ago 27 of my folders disappeared. Yesterday it happened with all of the remaining folders, both on the Web and the Desktop.
Now I have my almost 3000 documents unsorted, and the web message "You haven't started to use Mendeley to organize your research papers. Read the Getting Started Guide".
