Citation reference

Hi! I have used Mendele for few years without problem, now I get several strangely inserted references in my paper: for example: R Allvin ym., 2011 - instead of Allvin et al I get this ym in some references and other not. Have used these earlier without problem. The same happens when I change citation styles. Could you please help me find an explanation for this? Brynja
