I encounter a very serious problem.
Today I used the web importer(google) to add reference and pdf of a journal article to a folder. When I went to Mendeley Desktop and synced, I found that the references I added before in the folder disappeared! They were there the second before I pressed "sync"!
This problem happened several times. But I was writting my dissertation this time, it nearly drove me crazy.
