I have had a problem that I cannot add citations to my document that I have been trying to resolve for well over a month now. Is this other people's experience. I had a couple of replies with suggestions by email and in this forum which did not work. I had an email asking for log details which I sent nearly a month ago and nobody has replied.
I am a PhD student in the last phases of completing my thesis and have a looming submission date and I can't get a reply from anyone. Would it be better if I took out a paid subscription or what else can I do? I am feeling really desperate, isolated and powerless.
