How to make disappear ... from a reference

Hi, I am citing a reference with a long list of authors. In the bibliography at the end only some authors appear for that reference and in the list there are three dots indicating there are more authors. I am using APA reference style, does anyone know how to make these three dots disappear (having the whole list of authors or et al.)? Thank you very much for your help!
