Hello,
I'm using Mendeley 1.16 for mac on Word 2016 v15.19.1.
I'm trying to remove one of the citations (it's the 3rd one in a group of 3 citations: 1-3).
I stand on "1-3", click on "insert or edit citation", and delete the 3rd unnecessary citation, but then I get this error message:
Problem formatting citation #1
Problem updating citation 1-3
You can fix this citation by removing and re- inserting it.
Actually I can't remove and reinsert because if I do insert only the first 2 citations the 3rd one still appears in the bibliography...
Any way to fix this? Thanks in advance!
