I work with microsoft office for mac and I updated to office 360 and IOS 10.11.6. However the Mendeley pluggin don't work.
When I try add a reference in word, the "Compile Error Hidden in module: MendeleyLib" is showed.
The posted solutions are for windows (I tried this), but I wasn't find solutions for IOS

Editing a citation
I am preparing a manuscript for the Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery and cannot find the style that I need. When I select a style to edit it states:
"Cannot fetch style: http://www.zotero.org/styles/apa (Error: 503)
Please select a different style to edit."
How can I get my citations in the necessary format:
Lytle BW, Blackstone EH, Loop FD, Houghtaling PL, Arnold JH, Akhrass R, et al. Two internal thoracic
artery grafts are better than one. J Thorac Cardiovasc Surg. 1999;117:855-72.
Where the journal is italicized.

Getting Started with the Visual CSL Editor
when i try to edit the style message popos up stating:

when i try to edit a different style, teh same message appears.

Notes in Web Importer
Has the option to write notes in the web importer gone? Since the latest update, I haven't been able to find it and I wondered if it had been removed.
I used to find this really useful as I could write a note to myself about why I was saving the paper for later reference, without opening Mendeley desktop. This came in handy when I was saving lots of papers quickly.

Wrong format for first and last references in a bibliography
Hi,
I have generated a bibliography in a LibreOffice document (in .odt format, generated under Windows but also edited under Linux). The document underwent several editing steps, also involving bibliography, including changes in style, addition/deletion of items...
Meanwhile, Windows was upgraded from 7 to 10 and also LO and Mendeley were regularly updated to the last available versions.
Unfortunately, I do not remember at what stage or after what change, the bibliography section started to show the following problems:
1) missing reference number in the first line (starting with a dot ".");
2) missing indentation of the last reference (margins for 1st and other lines at 0cm).
The LO style for all bibliography entries is set to "Predefined style".
These issues are not fixed by changing Mendeley styles and/or after refreshing.
Presently, I have to manually modify the final "static export" version of the file, but these changes are lost in the fully-active file after refreshing.

Requiero saber porque cuando cito un artículo revista en Internet, no me coloca la fecha en la que la consulte, cuando inserto la Bibliografía, este dato regularmente era consignado en la referencia bajo la Norma Vancouver, pero ahora el gestor no lo hace, quisiera saber la razón, pues hasta donde he podido consultar la norma no ha sido variada o actualizada.

When will footnotes be supported?
I just realized that Mendeley doesn't support footnotes with MSWord. I've seen the help articles and realize I'll have to put them in manually, but I'm frankly horrified that this has been an issue since at least 2012 and it's still not possible. Is there any plan to improve this? It's a serious shortcoming of the program!

MS Word Plugin
My Word documents have recently started to freeze constantly due to some problems with the MS Word Plugin. Now I need to constantly uninstall and reinstall it to be able to write normally. I was recently notified that I did not have any space left in my library, can this be interfering with the normal functioning of Word?

Deleting space automatically before all Mendeley references
I changed my reference style to "Nature" in the Word plugin, and Word placed a whitespace between the last word before the citation and the superscript for the Mendeley citation. I don't want that whitespace, but since I have 300 references in the document, it is not feasible to manually delete them. How can I remove all those whitespaces automatically?

Case sensitive tags?
Hi,
I am using tags in a group. The tags we want to use are in capital letters. When we click on one of the top tags displayed, the result is 0. I like at the URL and the part of the string for the tag is in lowercase. If I change it to uppercase it work.
See:

This is a known bug since one year and it should be fixed http://support.mendeley.com/customer/portal/questions/8454101-tags-not-working
We are testing the platform, if such annoying bugs do not get fixed in a reasonable amount of time, I don't think we are adopting Mendeley.

Compile error in hidden module: 'MacIpcClient'. even after update
Hi I'm getting the error of "Compile error in hidden module: 'MacIpcClient'. This error commonly occurs when code is incompatible with the version, platform, or architecture of this application.". I downloaded the recommended preview in here (http://support.mendeley.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2465277-compile-error-in-hidden-module-mendeleylib-error-message) with no luck.
I am running Word on Mac. Specifically v. 15.25 with an Office 365 license.
